Aslina, Chardonnay, 2024 SO013025 Ludes 2023s It’s a blend of ChardonnayAslina is the personal label of Ntsiki Biyela, South Africa's first Black female winemaker, who named the winery for her grandmother. That story alone makes this Chardonnay worth a look, but it earns its place on flavor: a complex, creamy Western Cape white built for versatility. A portion was fermented and aged in barrel while the rest stayed on the lees in tank, giving it both texture and freshness. Good acidity keeps the tropical fruit and gentle
