Bulgaria, Kingdom. An Order of Military Merit, V Class, c. 1891. Hold early good quality nickel finish( ). Instituted May 18, 1900, by Ferdinand I. Type 1. Multi piece construction in bronze gilt, cross in red enamel with Imperial Crown. The centre of the cross bearing the royal monogram of its founder, Ferdinand I of Bulgaria, is surrounded by a ring in green enamel and the inscription .
