Saxony, Kingdom. A Miniature Albrecht Order In Gold, I Class Knight With Crown, C.1905 Hold this type of cotton armband(Albrechts Orden Ritterkreuz I. Klasse mit Krone). Instituted 31 December 1850 by King Friedrich Augustus II of Saxony. (1901 1918 Issue). Constructed of Gold with multi coloured enamels, presenting as a Latin Cross with white enameled arms, joined by a green enameled laurel wreath, obverse with central Gold medallion depicting rightward facing profile of Duke Albert III of Saxony, inside blue enameled ring with gilded inscription of ALBERTUS ANIMOSUS
