Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross with white enameled arms, the obverse bearing a black enameled German national eagle clutching a gilded and blackened wreathed mobile swastika, with featuring highlighted in gilt, the reverse plain, the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop connecting to a ribbed suspension ring with dual
